Terms and Conditions of Sale – Urbexscape

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between, on the one hand, the company ALL CREATIVE (hereinafter referred to as “Urbexscape”), and on the other hand, any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) making an online booking to participate in an escape game offered by Urbexscape or purchasing a gift card.
The Client may be the person making the booking (the “Booker”) or any member of the team taking part in the game. The Booker is responsible for all participants included in their booking.
Urbexscape reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the booking.

2.1 The game is open to participants aged 16 and over. The game master present during the session may request an ID in case of doubt, and reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant under the required age as stated in these T&Cs, without any right to a refund.
2.2 To access the game, the Client must provide the name of the Booker and, if needed, the booking confirmation email (paper or digital version).
2.3 The game lasts up to 100 minutes. If the team completes the game earlier, the session ends without any price adjustment.
2.4 The Client agrees to behave respectfully on the premises. Entry may be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displaying inappropriate behavior, without any refund.
2.5 The following are strictly prohibited:

• Damaging the game installations or equipment

• Bringing in food, drinks, illegal substances, or animals

• Filming, recording, or taking photos inside the game

• Revealing story elements to third parties

• Any physical contact with the actors

2.6 The Client accepts full responsibility for any damage caused deliberately or through negligence and may be charged for repairs.
2.7 The Client is also liable for any injury caused to the actors or to members of their own team, and agrees to cover all related costs (medical fees, psychologists, medication, medical equipment, etc.).
2.8 Urbexscape may change the game’s scenery or elements at any time without prior notice.

3.1 Participation in the game requires a prior booking and full payment.
3.2 Bookings must be made online, subject to slot availability. In case of technical issues, Urbexscape may exceptionally handle the booking manually.
3.3 Only adults (18+) are allowed to make a booking.
3.4 All bookings are final. Since Urbexscape is a live experience, rescheduling or cancellation is subject to the following terms:

• If you cancel more than 14 days before your booked session, you may request a full refund or reschedule to another available date.

• If you cancel between 14 and 3 days before your session, no refund is possible, but you may request to reschedule or receive a voucher worth 100% of the amount paid, valid for 12 months.

• Less than 72 hours before your session, no cancellation or rescheduling is possible.

3.5 In case of delay, the game will start at the scheduled time and end at the originally planned time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in denied entry without refund.
3.6 If Urbexscape cancels a session, the amount paid will be fully refunded. No additional compensation can be claimed.
3.7 A gift card may be refunded within 14 days of purchase (if unused). To request this, a written email must be sent including the voucher code.

4.1 Prices are listed on the website and at the reception, in euros including VAT. They vary depending on the day, time, and number of players.
4.2 The number of players is limited to a maximum of 6 per session.
4.3 Only credit card payments are accepted online. Cash and check payments are not accepted on site.
4.4 All payments are final. If some players do not show up on the day of the game, no refund will be given.

5.1 The data collected is required to manage bookings and is never shared with third parties without consent.
5.2 The Client may receive communications from Urbexscape by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. They may opt out at any time.
5.3 The Client has the right to access, modify, delete, or object to the use of their personal data (see legal notice).

6.1 The Client agrees to follow all safety instructions displayed on site or given orally by the game master.
6.2 Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Emergency exits must remain unobstructed, and safety equipment must not be tampered with without a valid reason.
6.3 The introduction of dangerous, flammable, or toxic items is strictly forbidden.

7.1 Team photos or short video clips may be taken during the game. Urbexscape reserves the right to use them for promotional purposes (website, social media), unless the Client submits a written objection.
7.2 The game, its storyline, puzzles, narrative elements, set design, and mechanics are the exclusive intellectual property of Urbexscape (ALL CREATIVE). Any reproduction, imitation, distribution, or use – even partial – is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a dispute between the Client and Urbexscape, an amicable solution will be sought first. In accordance with Articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the Client may contact the Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV) service free of charge:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
