The price depends on the number of players and the time slot. Please note: full payment must be made online in advance. Any extra player not initially included will be charged a flat fee of €50 on site.

Of course! This is a real company, created by passionate people who built this game with love :) All safety standards are respected, including fire safety and evacuation protocols.

The minimum age to play is 16.

Unfortunately, due to the layout of the venue, access is not possible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.

In principle, yes — but we recommend having at least 3 players so the hearing-impaired person is never alone. Most of the clues are auditory. If you can count on your teammates, you’re good to go.

The low lighting can make the experience more difficult for visually impaired players. But if your team is supportive and has your back, you're absolutely welcome.

If you’d like to give birth in a squatted former escape game and have a doctor or midwife in your team, go for it! ;) For comfort reasons, we don’t recommend playing after 6 months of pregnancy, as some passages are quite narrow.

There are no physical challenges per se, but remember — you’ll be in full-on urbex mode inside a squatted escape game. You might feel like hiding… or running… if you hear something (or someone)…

Since Urbexscape is a live game, changes or cancellations follow these rules: If you cancel more than 14 days before your session, you can request a full refund or reschedule. If you cancel between 14 and 3 days before, no refund is possible, but you can reschedule or get a voucher worth 100% of the amount paid, valid for 12 months. Less than 72 hours before your session, no cancellation or rescheduling is possible.

Your whole team must arrive on time. The game starts exactly on time, with no delay possible from player side. A late player may still join the team up to 15 minutes after the start. After that, it won’t be possible. Due to technical and gameplay reasons, a delay may reduce your total play time, even though we always do our best to avoid this.
